Manu takes care of the Fund Raising and Management Consulting divisions of the firm. He has vast experience of working across various departments of industries like FMCG, Manufacturing, Banking, Services. During his engagement with Banking Industry he played key roles in the management of Liabilities and Asset Portfolio of the bank. He was entrusted with the responsibility of Risk Management and Fraud Control for the area having 66 branches of ICICI Bank. Later, he worked as credit manager with the organisations like Reliance Capital & DHFL and executed several Financing projects of MSMEs, which required strict due diligence, credit appraisal & risk assessment. He contributed significantly to the start-up and develop with zero delinquency asset portfolio at DHFL.
Shashank Bharthuar

Shashank contributes to Corpus’ risk advisory & management consulting. His experience of working in assurance division of Ernst & Young for more than three years enhanced his understanding of Indian GAAP and taxation laws. He worked on projects with some of the biggest corporates in India in the field of telecommunication and manufacturing during his association with EY. Additionally, he gained extensive exposure on US GAAP while working in the US practice of EY, where during his tenure he consulted for many Fortune 500 companies relating to oil & gas, real estate, heavy engineering etc.
Harsimran Singh Maan

Harsimran is the technical advisor and mentor at Corpus Consulting. He has over 9 years of experience leading and working on technology projects. He has delivered projects ranging from Cloud operations, site scalability and reliability, software security, devops and continuous delivery. He has spent more than 5 years working for SAP in Canada and has worked with teams across Europe and the Americas with Infosys, AON, Pitney Bowes Software, Portrait Foundation and FactSet Research Systems. He is a tech enthusiast and his latest passion is in the area of conversational AI and natural language processing.
